here is what you do
- if the vehicle is not drivable or you are unsure if it is drivable , call our tow team at 204-746.6888-Ext1
- while your waiting for us to arrive call MPI to start the claim process (204-985-7000)
-MPI will let you know if you are eligible for direct repair
if so we will take it from here along with your claim number
-If not eligible for direct repair no worries, we are the MPI estimating compound for Morris and surrounding area. your car will be towed to our facility until a representative from MPI can come and assess the damage
-after the estimate is completed and approved by all parties the repair process will begin.

-you must first make a claim with mpi,just call them or go online
-next ,come down to the shop. bring along your claim or just the claim number ,your license plate number ,and registration
-we will give the vehicle an inspection by one of our estimators, to make sure that everything is covered on the claim. Often, not everything has been accounted for, and the claim amendments take a long time to process.
-parts will be ordered from our trusted auto and parts dealers ,and an appointment for repair will be made.
-your vehicle will be repaired in a timely manner, and well let you know wen you can pick it up !
-it will be washed ,detailed, and ready to roll!

-come down to our shop
-bring the registration of the vehicle and the drivers license of the person who the vehicle is registered to
-we will create the claim online for you
-if a glass replacement is required we will inspect your vehicle first and continue by placing an order for exactly what you need
-your vehicle will be repaired in a timely manner ,and we will let you know when you can pick it up .
